Student Engineering

Our university mentorship programming is an excellent way for students to get hands-on practice for visionary projects. Students are not yet jaded by the bureaucracy that goes into new developments, so they can provide out-of-the-box thinking that can remind others to think of bigger possibilities.

Barge Design Solutions has a purpose to create a better life by unleashing the potential of our people, clients and communities, which aligns with increasing the potential of young people at the start of their engineering careers. They have been a mentor for the students for as long as we have partnered with Vanderbilt Engineering.

Vanderbilt Engineering students work on feasibility studies that put math to design visions in order to set the next stage for how dreams can become a reality.
