Kaitlin Dastugue is the Chief Operating Officer of the Civic Design Center, where she oversees day-to-day operations and drives strategic initiatives to advance the organization’s mission of creating equitable and vibrant communities.

Prior to joining the Civic Design Center, Kaitlin served as the Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Nashville and as the Planning & Policy Manager for the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA). In both roles, she led initiatives focused on strengthening Nashville’s neighborhoods, catalyzing redevelopment, and expanding opportunities for affordable housing. Kaitlin holds degrees in Political Science and Architectural Studies from Emory University, as well as a Master’s in City and Regional Planning with a concentration in Public-Private Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
